FAQ

Do I need to track calories?
Not unless it’s appropriate for you. We focus on structure first and present nutritional meals so you don't need to count calories every meal.

Do I need to be experienced with lifting?
No — programs are designed for beginners through advanced levels and are set for your fitness goals.

Is this online or in-person?
Programs can be online, in-person, or hybrid. In-person depends on your physical location. However, I'm available online for client 1:1 sessions.

How soon will I see results?
Most clients notice weight loss and have more energy in as little as a week or two. Not one person is the same, so results vary from person to person.

Why do most plans fail after 30 days and what actually works?
Many plans are functional, they're overly rigid, take up too much prep time, and don't provide mindset support, or progressive feedback. We know this and thats why we get results!
