HI, I’M JADE

I’m a certified personal trainer, coach, and mom who specializes in helping women lose weight, get stronger, and feel confident again. I personally went from 190lb mom to fit, confident and the healthiest I have been!

Like many of the clients I work with, I’ve experienced the frustration of doing "everything right" — workouts, dieting, starting over — yet still feeling unhappy, overwhelmed, or stuck.

What changed everything for me wasn’t another diet or workout. It was mindset, and planning my health, meals and lifestyle routines.

It was learning how to:

  • Train with purpose, and learning to move with intention
  • Fueling my body and mind without harsh restrictions
  • Build habits that actually fit into my real daily life
  • Focusing on me, instead of the scale and everything else
